2. Working principle of Haifeng dehydrator/industrial dehydrator The
    main component of the dehydrator is the inner tank, which is surrounded by small holes, and the clothes to be dehydrated are placed in the inner tank. The motor drives the inner tank to rotate at high speed through the belt. As a result, a large centrifugal force is generated, and the water is thrown out through the small holes on the inner tank, and is collected and discharged uniformly. Generally speaking, for wet clothes, the drying effect achieved by a dehydrator working for two minutes is almost the same as that achieved by a dryer working for twenty minutes, but the dehydrator cannot completely dry the clothes. Therefore, a way to save time and energy is to first dehydrate the wet clothes and then dry them after dehydration.

V. Haifeng dehydrator/industrial dehydrator operation instructions
1. Put the materials to be dehydrated evenly and flatly into the rotor. Pay attention to balance, uniformity, and overload.
2. After about 90 seconds of starting the motor, the machine reaches normal operation and a large amount of water begins to flow out of the water outlet pipe.
3. The machine runs for about 8-10 minutes. When there is basically no water flowing out of the water outlet pipe, the power can be cut off. After 1-2 minutes, slowly brake the opening and closing arm several times to stop the machine.
6. Precautions for Haifeng dehydrator/industrial dehydrator
 1. The operator must be familiar with the structure, performance and operation of the machine.
2. Turn the rotor several times before starting to check the operation of the rotor.
3. The added material should be evenly distributed to avoid excessive vibration of the machine due to excessive weight.
4. During normal operation, do not brake the opening and closing arm to avoid damage to the belt and other parts.
5. Do not place any objects on the top cover to avoid accidents after starting.
6. Once any abnormal phenomenon is found during operation, the power supply should be cut off immediately, the brake should be applied, and the machine should be stopped for inspection.
7. The machine must be regularly inspected and lubricated. It should be inspected at least once every six months.

1. The machine must be installed on a firm foundation and firmly fixed with 3 anchor bolts.
