1. Introduction of Haifeng Ironing Machine/Industrial Ironing Machine

The surface of the roller is heated by passing pressure steam through the drying drum or infrared electric heating quartz tube, and the thermal efficiency is high.
This machine adopts a reducer to reduce speed, with a large speed ratio, strong overload capacity and low noise.
It adopts chain transmission and has a large load-bearing capacity.
The fabric conveying system adopts a wide belt to avoid the difficult-to-solve floating phenomenon of wide canvas during transmission.
There is a certain speed difference between each roller, and the ironing effect is better.
The steam inlet of the drying drum adopts a rotary joint seal without steam leakage and has a long service life.

. 2. Use of Haifeng Ironing Machine/Industrial Ironing Machine
    The industrial ironing machine is designed and manufactured by our factory based on the structure of domestic and foreign products, combined with the use of domestic users, and comprehensive experience from many aspects. It is mainly used for ironing, shaping and drying of various pieces of fabrics, towels and sheets. It is widely used in hotels, troops, schools, hospitals and enterprises and institutions such as manufacturers of towels and sheets.
III. Operation of Haifeng Ironing Machine/Industrial Ironing Machine
    1. Before ironing the fabric, clean the surface of the drum first, then wipe the surface of the drum and all parts of the machine with a soft cloth to ensure that the machine is clean.
    2. The motor and its control must pass the insulation inspection. Check whether the empty machine is running normally.
    3. Check whether each oil hole is unobstructed, and inject a proper amount of lubricating oil, and add a proper amount of No. 20 or No. 40 engine oil to the reducer.
    4. Adjust the conveyor belt, which should not be too tight or too loose.
    5. Open the steam inlet and water outlet bypass valves, drain the remaining water in the drum first, close the water outlet bypass valve, and start the inverter when the steam pressure reaches 0.4-0.6Mpa.
    6. Slowly turn the knob.
    7. Lay the dehydrated fabric flat on the conveyor belt and enter the ironing area for ironing.
    8. According to the ironing conditions of the fabric, adjust the frequency conversion controller knob to the appropriate position and operate normally.
IV. Maintenance and care of Haifeng ironing machine/industrial ironing machine
1. After the machine is used for a general period of time, lubricate the rotating parts regularly.
2. When the machine makes abnormal noise during operation, it should be stopped for inspection immediately. After half a year of normal use, the machine should be stopped for maintenance, the oil in the reducer should be replaced, and lubrication should be added to each bearing.
 3. If the machine is not used for a long time, the belt should be removed, and the drum and transmission parts should be cleaned and sealed.
4. The safety valve should be checked regularly to see if it is working properly, and it must be sent to the labor department for verification every year.
5. According to the National Labor Bureau's Pressure Vessel Safety Supervision Regulations, users should conduct an appearance inspection of the drum at least once a year. If abnormal phenomena such as cracks, deformation, and local overheating are found on the surface, they should be handled in time and the drum should be replaced if necessary.
5. Installation of Haifeng Ironing Machine/Industrial Ironing Machine
1. There are no special foundation requirements for the installation of this machine, but the machine must be placed on a relatively flat cement floor, and the operating position and maintenance position must be 1.5 meters away from the front, back, left and right.
2. After the machine is installed, please use a level to level the steam drum.
3. When installing the machine, the steam inlet and drain pipes should be considered in advance.
